Creative bread laboratory and café "Ramala"
The basic idea of the classes comes from the Bread House organisation in Bulgaria, which created bread therapy as a working method and promotes it worldwide.
It is a special way of working that inspires different people to come together to create, bake and share bread and other baked goods. It builds trust and cooperation between participants, creating a feeling of home.
