The concert of the 1st anniversary of the Concert Hall “Latvija” is nominated for “Grand Music Award 2020”

On Wednesday, 13 January, the nominees of the Grand Music Award 2020 were announced, among which the concert-performance “One”, organised by LLC “Kurzemes filharmonija” in July of the last year in the Concert Hall “Latvia”, and the authors of the creative concept of which are Krista and Reinis Dzudzilo, was nominated in the category “For Creative, Brave and Innovative Artistic Work Under Covid-19 Crisis Conditions”.
The nominees of the Grand Music Award 2020 were announced by members of the panel of judges: chairwoman of the panel of judges, musicologist - Daina Markova; conductor, music pedagogue - Jānis Erenštreits; musicologist, music pedagogue and lecturer - Iveta Grunde; musicologist, head of the Latvian Television Cultural Programmes Editorial Board - Ieva Rozentāle; musicologist, journalist of Latvian Radio 3 "Klasika" - Maruta Rubeze; theatre scientist, music pedagogue - Ingrīda Vilkārse; musicologist, journalist, publicist - Armands Znotiņš.
The awarding ceremony will take place on 2 March. The event will be broadcasted live on Latvian Television 1 and Latvian Radio 3 "Klasika". The Grand Music Award is the highest music award in Latvia, organised by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Latvia and SLLC "Latvijas Koncerti".
