1. Science and Innovation Centre VIZIUM, where everyone can discover the comprehensive nature of physics, mathematics, engineering and technology. In addition to the exhibition with more than 80 interactive exhibits, the Science Centre allows learning about science and having fun with engaging science shows. For a family visit to the Centre, we advise to plan for an adventure lasting about 4 hours.

2. Indoors, you can enjoy year-round water fun in the Water Adventure Park's amusement area. There, you can have fun in the man-made wave pool, children's pool, slides, mountain river, baths and sauna, and in the SPA area - Turkish bath, aromatic saunas, salt room, cold-water pool and massage showers.

3. The Castle of the Livonian order - one of the oldest medieval fortresses in Latvia. Here you can not only see the oldest church room in Kurzeme, but also exhibitions on the history of the town, the castle, the port and the region. The castle regularly hosts exhibitions related to history and art. The following exhibitions are currently on display:
- Ventspils Museum exhibition "Vasarnīcu iela" - a story about buildings, lifestyles, families, people and their fates in late 19th and early 20th century Ventspils.
- 21.06.-25.07.: Exhibition "The Lats Matters", a private collection of A. Zalgauckis.
- 25.05.-14.08.: Exhibition "Made in Museum XI | Different Types of Skirts". The exhibition is a collaboration between the Ventspils Museum and the Design and Technology teachers of Ventspils schools.
- 29.06.-17.07. -Travelling Exhibition "From Ventspils to Valka. The Bank of Latvia in Regions 1922-1940" by the Bank of Latvia.
4. In the House of Crafts, you can see the oldest classroom, work in pottery and weaving workshops, take part in museum education classes and watch various masterclasses related to modern crafts. From 18.06. to 29.07. the exhibition "Visual Diary" by Iveta Pērkone is on display at the House of Crafts.

5. A ride on the narrow-gauge railway locomotive "Mazbānītis" offers a different perspective of Ventspils - 1.4 km and 3 km long routes winding through the wooded area surrounded by dunes, stretching from the Seaside Park to the Adventure Park.

6. The Planetarium of the Ventspils Creative House offers a variety of star shows and films that can be viewed on 360-degree screens. The Observatory, on the other hand, has a high-quality telescope for viewing the Sun, nebula, and binary stars.

8. Theatre House "Jūras vārti" offers a wonderful opportunity to see exhibitions by artists of different genres throughout the year, in addition to cultural and artistic events. Currently available exhibitions:
- 21.06.- 31.07.: The Large Exhibition Hall hosts the solo exhibition "Cruel Romances" by Jānis Kupčs.
- 6.07.-3.08.: The Small Exhibition Hall hosts the solo exhibition "Personal Apparition" by Ieva Kampe-Krumholca.
