"The song was written at a time when everything was done remotely and darkness seemed to be creeping in through all the cracks. The moments when "Tautumeitas" and "Prāta Vētra" were at the studio writing the songs for their joint album were like an oasis where we relaxed, new friendships were forged, and a new duo blossomed. We were at Ingars Viļums' home studio when I recorded the last lines of the song "Tur, kur Dieva kamanas slīd". After recording this song, Renārs told me to try another song. Something so warm and joyful was created in our collective voice that the song became a duet and later the title track of the whole album. "Gads bez kalendāra" is not just a song about the pandemic. The lyrics so aptly remind us that we can help and pick each other up with just a simple phone call. Sometimes a good chat with a friend allows us to reflect on our core values, and the world becomes meaningful again," says Asnate Rancāne about the song.

Jānis Šipkēvics and his solo project "SHIPSEA" will perform as a special guest at all concerts before "Prāta Vētra" to tell the story of his experience in a musical language rich in contrasts together with a group of powerful accompanying musicians.

The "Prāta Vētra" concert programme includes both already beloved melodies and songs from the new album "Gads bez kalendāra". The visual concept and stage design of the concert tour will be handled by Kaspars Roga and Ainars Pastars ("Kompānija NA"), and complemented by magnificent lighting and video effects created by the best lighting directors and video artists.

"The first concert is just around the corner! We will have five summer evenings with friends and loved ones. No rehearsal can replace the big stage, so this tour, this reunion with our audience, is a very exciting moment for us. It will be one inspiring sing-along!" is how "Prāta Vētra" describe the tour.
