The "Mazbānītis" narrow-gauge train at the Ventspils Seaside Open-Air Museum is starting its season again!

Visitors once again have the opportunity to enjoy a romantic journey on the pride of the Ventspils Seaside Open-Air Museum – the narrow-gauge railway train “Mazbānītis”! This is a unique, historic steam locomotive built in 1916, and it is the only operational steam locomotive of its kind in the Baltic States.
The "Mazbānītis" runs from Thursday to Sunday and is especially popular among families and children. A ride on the Mazbānītis offers not only the charm of historic rail travel but also a chance to explore the region's rich industrial heritage.
