Ventspils City Festival night dances move to Ostas Street promenade

The Ventspils City Festival night entertainment event is changing its location, inviting everyone on August 2 after the fireworks to enjoy a special “Riverside Night” on Ostas Street promenade — continuing the celebration without rush, queues, or entrance fees.
The festive night in Ventspils continues after the evening concert and fireworks with a vibrant program across three different locations along Ostas Street promenade.
At 11:10 PM, DJ J-ONE will warm up the main festival stage for MUSIQQ, who will take over with their energetic performance at 11:30 PM. Then, at 1:00 AM, the beloved group APVEDCEĻŠ will step on stage, performing their most popular country and schlager hits. Just a few steps away, in the courtyard of Skolas iela 1, the "FIREFLY PARTY: GLOW VIBES" will be in full swing. Visitors are encouraged to dress in white, as under ultraviolet light, the courtyard will resemble a glowing firefly meadow. As darkness sets in, at 11:10 PM, the artworks created during the luminescent street art plein air will be revealed. DJ MONSTA will be setting the mood, and from 1:00 to 2:00 AM, hip-hop artist SUDRABU SIRDS will perform with a live band.

The night's climax begins at 2:30 AM with the powerful alternative rock of Ventspils band BUKTE.
To keep the flavors and refreshment flowing all night, the STREET FOOD LOUNGE in the Old Town Market Square will be open from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM - the perfect place to enjoy food, drinks, a musical backdrop, and a break between dance sets.
