The Ventspils Digital Centre, in cooperation with the Ventspils Tourist Information Centre and guide Iveta Rīvāne, invites Ventspils residents and city guests to take part in the educational and interactive activity “Discover Ventspils!”, which offers an exciting opportunity to explore the city’s most significant cultural and historical landmarks.

From November 10 to 22, everyone interested will have the opportunity to explore the streets of Ventspils at any convenient time and, using a smartphone, search for various objects, complete tasks, and discover interesting facts about the history, culture, and national values of Ventspils and Latvia.

To participate in the activity, you will need a smart device with internet access, location services enabled, and the ActionBound app installed on your device (phone or tablet). The starting point of the activity is the Ventspils Digital Centre, located at Akmeņu Street 3, where participants can find the first clue (look for it in the shop window) and set off on an exciting city adventure! By completing all the tasks, participants will receive a key code confirming the successful completion of the route. At the end of the activity, all participants will receive small souvenirs, which can be collected at the Ventspils Tourist Information Centre (Akmeņu Street 5).
