On Sunday, May 31, the traditional and highly anticipated Children's Festival will take place in Ventspils with this year's theme "Carnival of the Inhabitants of the Universe". The program will offer an exciting adventure in the atmosphere of space, where children will be able to imagine themselves as fantasy characters, participate in a magnificent festive procession, creative workshops, and educational and sporting activities.
Special activities will be offered by various organizations and institutions - the State Fire Service, the State Police, the Border Guard, the Youth Guard, Gaso, Ventspils libraries, the Ventspils Art School, the Ventspils International Radio Astronomy Center, and the Ventspils Sports School "Spars".

The area will also feature several themed stops - a climbing wall, space exploration stations, inflatable attractions, horse rides, a balloon planetarium, a universe character Artas hug station, a cosmic drinks station, and a nature play area with a large-format universe character puzzle.
There will also be vendors at the event, including student training companies, while drinking water will be provided by SIA "Ūdeka".
At the end of the day in the children's park "Fantasy" There will be a musical and theatrical performance for children "The Adventures of Flora and Nola", in which holiday characters will continue their story and invite children to go on a shared journey of imagination.
