The strategic location of the Tourism Information Centre - by the Riga-Roja-Kolka highway - is well-chosen, as the highway delivers the richest flow of tourists.

TIC provides information about sightseeing objects, opportunities for active recreation, accommodation and catering services, entertainment events, about the main cultural and sports events in the region. Next to Roja TIC is the Roja Exhibition and Creative Workshop Center, which regularly hosts exhibitions of various artists.
