Latvian Crafts Commerse’s craftsman Igurd Bankis workshop “Zelli” introduce you to a woodcarvers work, the offer various wood souvenirs, teach young people carpentry and make furniture.

The workshop is situated in a historical house of The Agricultural Association of Arlavas parish. There you can also see the memorial hall of K. Valdemars.

Although Igurds is an exceptionally talented craftsman, his real mission is work with the youth, and so the workshop "Zelli" is for the purpose to teach them not only carpentry, but also drawing, technical drawing, planing, carving and other wisdoms of the world. Not for nothing the city of Valdemarpils has given him the letter of appreciation for the investment in the education of the youth and landscaping of the parish. For now he's the member of the presidium of The Agricultural Association and the head of the association of Craftsmen of Talsi. But his most biggest and most cherished contribution and love he gives to people around.
