As of Sunday, 17 January, also the expert slope will be open on the snow hill. The expert slope will be open for reservations as of Saturday, 16 January, at around 1 p.m.

Over the weekend, the weather has been favourable so as to produce snow on the hill by means of all six snow canons. In view of the weather forecast for the next few days, we intend to gradually open skiing and snowboarding slopes on the snow hill "Lemberga hūte" as from Wednesday, 13 January 2021. At first, the small training slope for beginners is to be opened.

There are about 2,500 bridges in Latvia, but there are two special ones in Kurzeme – the swing bridge in Liepaja and the only drawbridge over the Venta in Latvia in Ventspils.
